Dynamic intraligamentary stabilisation

Preservation and Self-Healing of the freshly ruptured anterior cruciate ligament using Dynamic intraligamentary stabilisation. No need for replacement/reconstruction of the ligament using standard methods (Hamstrings or Patella tendon transplants). The Operation needs to take place within 3 weeks following rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament.
